Customized training programme delivered globally

The purpose of this project was to design, develop and deliver a customized training programme to be delivered globally. We developed a core set of materials based on common requirements between all offices, and then adapted it based on the specific needs and challenges of each regional team. The training was delivered to leaders and their teams based in Africa, Asia, Middle-east and Europe.
