Transformational leadership in Paraguay
Invited by the President of Paraguay, Fabiana was part of the team of coaches to travel with John C. Maxwell to launch "Transformacion Paraguay", a leadership development project launched at national level. Using the roundtable methodology and focused on leadership values, the team trained leaders in the seven spheres of influence of the paraguayan society, government, business, media and arts, education, military and religion.

Live2Lead: live global broadcast brought world's top leadership experts to Geneva, Switzerland. In partnership with the John Maxwell Company, I run this event in collaboration with Executive Coach Ruth Kearns Wollman. Live2Lead took place in October 2015. Streaming live from Atlanta, USA, with world class speakers, including John C. Maxwell, Patrick Lencioni, Valorie Burton and Microsoft COO, Kevin Turner.
